Temple Fitness Presents The Ultimate 12 Week Weight Loss Challenge!

I am excited to announce the launch of our new 12 Week Weight Loss Challenge!  Our last challenge was only for 6 weeks but it was a huge success!  So much so that I decided to make this challenge run twice as long for 12 weeks instead of 6 weeks. 

As usual this challenge will  offer the great prizes that we have been known to offer.   Overall Winner will win a cruise to the Caribbean!  There will also be 2nd and 3rd place runner up prizes that will also be pretty incredible! 

The Start Day of Our Next Challenge Is Monday Feb 5th  However registration will  open on Monday Jan 15th.  There will only be 32 total slots available for this challenge.  That includes 1on1 personal training and small group training options    So registering early is is very important so that you will have a slot for either option .

Weight loss challenges are meant to be exciting, fun and a great way to kick start one into getting fit.  Our plan for this challenge is to make it so effective that everyone involved gets great results not just the overall winner and runner ups.  We will be offering tremendous tools and offerings to ensure everyone involved has the tools necessary to succeed and make these 6 weeks an amazing experience where everyone involved comes out feeling like a winner!   

Here are the winners of our last weight loss challenge which was a 6 Week one.  This one will be double that that and a lot more weight will be loss!  Joseph came in 1st place losing 17 pounds and 7.8% of his body weight. Iris (white shirt top left) came in 2nd place at 17.2 pounds lost and 6.27% of her total body weight. Iris has actually lost a total of 40 pounds so far in about 11 weeks. She's killing it!!

Lastly We had a tie for 3rd place with Tracy(top right) at 10 pounds loss and Priscilla (bottom right) at 13 total pounds lost. Both lost 5.66% of their overall body weight.

Our challenge was based on total "Weight Loss Percentage".

Weight Loss Challenge Rules & Info!

  • Weight and body measurements will be taken prior to start of challenge.
  • The overall winner will be decided by the person that has the highest "Weight Loss Percentage"
  • Contestants will have two options to choose from either group training sessions or 1 on 1 training
  • There will be two different designated schedules to choose from regarding group training sessions
  •  Contestants must stay in the class they register to workout in for space reasons people cannot change up sessions they show up to. 
  • Weight Loss Challenge will be exactly 6 weeks & all contestant payments must be made up front in total no  exceptions!
