Temple Fitness Presents The Ultimate 12 Week Weight Loss Challenge!
Here are the winners of our last weight loss challenge which was a 6 Week one. This one will be double that that and a lot more weight will be loss! Joseph came in 1st place losing 17 pounds and 7.8% of his body weight. Iris (white shirt top left) came in 2nd place at 17.2 pounds lost and 6.27% of her total body weight. Iris has actually lost a total of 40 pounds so far in about 11 weeks. She's killing it!!
Lastly We had a tie for 3rd place with Tracy(top right) at 10 pounds loss and Priscilla (bottom right) at 13 total pounds lost. Both lost 5.66% of their overall body weight.
Our challenge was based on total "Weight Loss Percentage".

Weight Loss Challenge Rules & Info!
- Weight and body measurements will be taken prior to start of challenge.
- The overall winner will be decided by the person that has the highest "Weight Loss Percentage"
- Contestants will have two options to choose from either group training sessions or 1 on 1 training
- There will be two different designated schedules to choose from regarding group training sessions
- Contestants must stay in the class they register to workout in for space reasons people cannot change up sessions they show up to.
- Weight Loss Challenge will be exactly 6 weeks & all contestant payments must be made up front in total no exceptions!

- Group A will train Mon, Wed, Thurs Fri 6:15pm & Sat 8:15am
- Group B will train Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 7:00pm & Sat 9:00am
- Group C will be personal training and will be scheduled with client and trainer
