Charmaine's 8 Week Transformation!
Gino Lost 59 pounds!
When Gino started training at Temple Fitness he had come off of a very serious arm injury that required surgery as well as him having to wear a full arm cast for about a year. Needless to say, he was overweight and didn't have any strength on his surgically repaired arm. He couldn't do 1 single pull-up or a push up for that matter.
Fast forward and now Gman "warms up" on the pull-up bar and does more push-ups then I can count. Not to mention he has lost about 60 pounds, a ton of inches and has reduced his body fat considerably.
Gman has completed 2 Spartan Races and is working on completing the Spartan Race Trifecta later on this year in Sept. This is when you complete a 3-5 mile, 8 mile and 12 mile Spartan obstacle course race in one calendar year.
I hope he may serve as an inspiration as well as encourage anyone who thinks they may not be able "to do it". Whatever your "it" is you can do it! Gman is a great example of that!!
